How to Add Team Contacts

Add people as team contacts to have them receive tournament email notifications.

Contacts are not automatically sent text notifications. Anyone can sign up for text notifications via the Public Results Page.

To Bulk Edit Team Contacts:

  1. Access the Tournament.

  2. Click Divisions.

  3. Under Bulk Add/Edit, click Team Contacts.

  4. Fill out the information for each team.

  5. When finished, click Save Changes.

To Add Team Contacts to an Individual Team:

  1. Access the Tournament.

  2. Click Divisions.

  3. Select the division you'd like to work with.

  4. Click Teams.

  5. Select the team you'd like to work with.

  6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Show Contacts.

  7. Add the contact information for the coach, assistant, and/or manager/team rep.

  8. When finished, click Save.
