Access the tournament.
In the General Info page, scroll down and click Show Advanced Settings.
Scroll down and check the Allow Public to Post Scores box.
When finished, click Save.
Once enabled, the public cannot score until the day of the event, and only scores for that day can be accessed. When a score is posted, it cannot be edited. Changes have to be made by the tournament director.
