Access the Tournament.
Click Divisions.
Select the division with the two teams that shouldn't be playing one another and click General Info.
Scroll down and click Advanced Settings.
Under Prevent Pool Match Up Between, select the two teams from the drop-down boxes.
When finished, click Save.
When generating pool games, the teams selected will not be matched.
