Enter and save the coach information, then send the email requesting the roster.
Enter Coach Contact Information
Access the Tournament.
Click Divisions.
Under Bulk Add/Edit, click Team Contacts.
Fill out the form as needed.
Click Save Changes.
Send an Email Requesting the Rosters
NOTE: Set which fields are displayed and required for rosters from General Info > Advanced Settings > Roster Settings.
Click Reports.
Click Send Roster Review Email All Teams.
Select whom to send the email to.
If writing your own message in the body of the email, please do not change the text appearing in brackets. I.E. [Team Name Place Holder].
The fields in brackets are automatically filled from the system's information.
When finished, click Send.
View Added Rosters
Click Reports.
Click Team Roster Count Report.
